Sunday hooky: a day filled with NO plans.
Ketan and I play.
We start with homemade playdough for some crafty awesomeness.
Then we bust out my make-up brushes and get down to artistic business.
These are my happiest days, when the smell of pancakes cooking on a buttered griddle fill the air, the house is toasty warm, and we are in our jammies playing.
We get our favorite coats on and go for a neighborhood walk and run through the fall leaves.
And then we head out to the back porch for LOTS of reading. Some of our favorites Little Blue Truck Leads the Way and Usborne’s flip counting and alphabet books.
And that my friends is why I LOVE Sundays. I hope you’re playing this Sunday too!
